Raw white clay is fired at an extreme 2,900°F, fusing the surface with the interior for a finish that resists chips, cracks, and abrasions — the same durability that makes fireclay a favorite for busy kitchens.
What sets this sink apart is the workstation design: ledges on the front and back create integrated tracks for accessories, and every Fiore sink ships with Ruvati’s patented foldable drying rack, a solid sapele wood cutting board, and a stainless steel bottom rinse grid. It’s also compatible with 40 optional LedgeFit® accessories, interchangeable across Ruvati workstation sinks, so you can keep customizing your setup down the road.
Keep in mind this sink requires a 36″ minimum base cabinet, so confirm your cabinet size before ordering. Also worth noting: because of the 1″ thick fireclay bottom, you may need an extended flange for your garbage disposal — the sink’s 3.5″ drain opening fits any standard disposal unit, but the extra thickness can require that adapter.

The Dual-Tier Pro collection brings together Ruvati’s most innovative workstation features in one sink — nano-PVD stainless steel construction and the patented dual-tier ledge, now available in matte gold and gunmetal matte black. Instead of a single track, this collection gives you two full tiers of tracks stacked on top of one another, so you can run accessories on both levels at once without giving up workspace.
It’s also built with an offset drain and Ruvati’s 1-inch slope-bottom® design, which channels water and debris straight to the drain. The offset placement means the drain can go on the left or right side, freeing up extra under-cabinet storage space. Beyond the classic cutting board and patented foldable drying rack, this collection is the only one to include a 3-bowl mixing tray and mixing bowl/colander set with a hardwood platform — and at 45″ wide, there’s enough room to install two faucets and have two people working the sink at once.
Keep in mind this sink requires a 48″ minimum base cabinet, so confirm your cabinet size before ordering. Also note that the included drain is for standard plumbing only — a garbage disposal flange is not included, so you’ll use the flange that comes with your disposal unit.
