Time Frame: Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund. Refunds will be issued either as store credit or returned to the original payment method, depending on the order amount and as determined by our team.

 

Policy for Larger Orders:

Because we’re a small business, orders of $500 or more are not eligible for refunds. This helps us manage inventory fairly and continue offering great service. However, we’re committed to working closely with you—if you have concerns about your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Appliances

Gift cards: Digital gift cards purchased through Rtakb.com are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Once issued, digital gift cards cannot be canceled or returned. Items purchased with a gift card are non-refundable/returnable.

Please double-check the recipient's email address during purchase, as Rtakb.com is not responsible for delivery to incorrect email addresses or for lost or deleted digital cards. By purchasing a digital gift card, you agree to these terms.

 

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@rtakb.com with your name and order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to all items returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
