Collection: Return policy

Time Frame: Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Policy for Larger Orders: For larger orders, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our stock management and to provide fair and consistent service to all our customers. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns prior to making large purchases.

 

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@rtakb.com with your name and order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies to all items returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
