At Rtakb.com, we are committed to ensuring you receive your items in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 30 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

If your report is submitted past the 30-day window, unfortunately, our resources are limited, and we cannot process a warranty claim with our vendors. Please ensure all claims are made promptly to allow us to assist you effectively.

RTAKB serves as an authorized dealer for a variety of brands. All warranty claims are submitted directly to the respective vendor, who will determine the final outcome based on their policies.

 

Steps to Report a Damaged Item:

  1. Take Clear Photos: Capture pictures of the damaged item, including the packaging and shipping label.
  2. Gather Order Details: Have your order number and details ready for reference.
  3. Contact Us:
    Email us at support@rtakb.com with the subject line "Damaged Item Report" and include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label
    • A brief description of the issue

What Happens Next?

  • Our team will review your report and contact you within 2-3 business days.
  • Based on your report, Our vendor may provide a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.
