If your report is submitted past the 30-day window, unfortunately, our resources are limited, and we cannot process a warranty claim with our vendors. Please ensure all claims are made promptly to allow us to assist you effectively.
RTAKB serves as an authorized dealer for a variety of brands. All warranty claims are submitted directly to the respective vendor, who will determine the final outcome based on their policies.
Steps to Report a Damaged Item:
- Take Clear Photos: Capture pictures of the damaged item, including the packaging and shipping label.
- Gather Order Details: Have your order number and details ready for reference.
