The Ruvati Fiamma RVL2018WL is a 30″ white fireclay farmhouse sink with an offset left drain, handbuilt in Italy by artisans who have mastered their craft over generations.
The clay is fired at 2900°F for 28 hours, so the enamel surface fuses with the solid body. The result resists chips, cracks, abrasion, and scratches, and stands up to high temperatures, hot water, acids, and household chemicals. The smooth glossy enamel covers all sides.
The drain sits on the left side and the bottom slopes toward it, so water drains completely. Moving the drain off-center also frees up working space in the bowl and more storage room in the cabinet below. The bowl is 9″ deep for stacking dishes and washing large pots and pans. Prefer the drain on the other side? It's also available as a right-drain model (RVL2018WR).
Dimensions: Exterior 30″ (wide) x 18″ (front-to-back). Interior 28″ x 16″ x 9″ deep. Requires a 33″ minimum base cabinet. The 3.5″ drain fits any garbage disposal; because of the 1″ thick fireclay bottom, you may need an extended flange.
