The Ruvati Fiamma RVL2300BS is a 33″ x 20″ biscuit fireclay farmhouse sink, handbuilt in Italy by artisans who have mastered their craft over generations. Ruvati is one of the few manufacturers sourcing true fireclay from Italy, one of the few regions in the world that produces it.
The clay is fired at 2900°F, so the enamel surface fuses with the solid body. The result resists chips, cracks, abrasion, and scratches, and stands up to high temperatures, hot water, acids, and household chemicals. That makes it a stronger choice than cast iron enamel or ceramic sinks, which can chip or crack more easily.
The apron is reversible: one side is smooth and flat, the other has a decorative fluted design, so you choose the look at installation. The large single bowl is 9″ deep, with room to stack dishes or clean big pots and pans.
Dimensions: Exterior 33″ (wide) x 20″ (front-to-back). Interior 31″ x 18″ x 9″ deep. Recommended 36″ minimum base cabinet. The 3.5″ drain fits any garbage disposal; because of the 1″ thick fireclay bottom, you may need an extended flange.
