The Ruvati Fiore 27″ brings workstation function to a compact white fireclay farmhouse sink. Front and back ledges form a track for the included accessories, so you can prep, rinse, and dry right over the sink, and it's LedgeFit® compatible with 40 optional accessories that work across Ruvati workstation sinks.

It's built from 1″ thick true fireclay fired at 2900°F, so the surface fuses with the interior. The smooth enamel finish resists chips, abrasion, and scratches on all sides, and it stands up to high temperatures, hot water, acids, and common household chemicals. Rounded corners keep cleanup easy.

In the box you get a solid sapele wood cutting board (African Mahogany, resistant to water damage and scratches), Ruvati's patented foldable drying rack, and a stainless steel bottom rinse grid.

Dimensions: Exterior 27″ (wide) x 18″ (front-to-back) x 10″ (height). Interior 26″ x 17″ x 9″ deep. Requires a 30″ minimum base cabinet. The 3.5″ drain opening fits any standard garbage disposal; because of the 1″ thick fireclay bottom, you may need an extended flange.
