The Ruvati epiCube RVG1631BK is a 31″ midnight black granite composite drop-in workstation sink, made in Italy. What sets the epiCube apart from Ruvati's other workstation sinks is a second ledge on the bottom of the bowl, in addition to the usual top ledge, so accessories can sit at two levels.
It's made of 80% crushed natural granite for durability and handles heat up to 536°F. The color runs all the way through, so it won't discolor, and gently rounded corners keep it easy to clean.
Included accessories: a black composite cutting board with a textured finish and dish-rack openings that fits on both the top and bottom ledges (scratch resistant and non-porous), Ruvati's patented foldable drying rack made of stainless steel bars in a flexible silicone frame, and a matching color strainer.
Dimensions: Exterior 31-1/8″ (wide) x 20″ (front-to-back). Interior 28-5/8″ x 15-1/4″ x 8-1/2″ deep. Requires a 36″ minimum base cabinet. The 3.5″ drain opening fits any garbage disposal (use the flange that comes with your disposal instead of the included strainer).
