The Ruvati Fiamma RVL2100BK is a 30″ x 20″ glossy black fireclay farmhouse sink, handbuilt in Italy by artisans who have mastered the craft over generations. Ruvati is one of the few manufacturers sourcing true fireclay from Italy; look-alike ceramic sinks made elsewhere don't come close in strength and durability.
The clay is fired at 2900°F, fusing the enamel surface to the solid body so it resists chips, cracks, abrasion, and scratches, plus high heat, hot water, acids, and household chemicals. That makes it a sturdier choice than cast iron enamel or ceramic sinks, which can chip or crack more easily.
The apron is reversible: one side is smooth and flat, the other has a decorative fluted design, so you choose the look at installation. The large 30″ x 20″ footprint and 9″ deep bowl make room for stacked dishes and big pots.
Dimensions: Exterior 30″ (wide) x 20″ (front-to-back). Interior 28″ x 18″ x 9″ deep. Recommended 33″ minimum base cabinet. The 3.5″ drain fits any garbage disposal; because of the 1″ thick fireclay bottom, you may need an extended flange.
