The Ruvati RVH8555 is a 57″ two-tiered workstation sink that turns your sink into a full prep station. Overhanging lips on the front and back create two levels of tracks, so you can slide one accessory on top of another and work on both tiers at once.
The accessory kit is extensive: a reversible sapele wood cutting board (17″ x 16″, flat on one side and a raised-edge tray on the other), a wood platform with mixing bowl, pasta strainer, and grater attachments, a 3-bowl condiment tray, a deep colander, a foldable drying rack, and stainless bottom rinse grids that cover the whole bowl.
It's 16-gauge T-304 stainless steel (18/10) that won't rust or stain, with a commercial-grade brushed finish that masks scratches better than satin. Heavy-duty soundproof coating and thick rubber padding cut noise and condensation. The bottom has a 1″ slope toward the drain, and the sink is reversible so the drain can sit on the left or right. At 57″ wide, you can easily install two faucets.
Dimensions: Exterior 57″ (wide) x 19″ (front-to-back). Interior 55-3/8″ x 14-5/8″ x 10″ deep. The standard 3.5″ drain opening fits any garbage disposal.
