The Ruvati Fiore 33″ RVL2387WH is a fireclay workstation farmhouse sink, one of the few sinks that combines an apron front with full workstation function. It's handcrafted in Italy, one of the few regions in the world where true natural fireclay is found.
That matters more than it sounds. Some similar-looking ceramic sinks from Asia are marketed as fireclay but are actually vitreous china, which doesn't have the same strength. This sink is 1″ thick true fireclay fired at 2900°F, so the surface fuses with the interior. The smooth enamel resists chips, abrasion, and scratches, plus high heat, hot water, acids, and household chemicals.
Front and back ledges form a track for the included solid sapele wood cutting board (African Mahogany), Ruvati's patented foldable drying rack, and a stainless bottom rinse grid. A basket strainer drain is included too, and the sink is LedgeFit® compatible with 40 optional accessories.
Dimensions: Exterior 33″ (wide) x 18-3/8″ (front-to-back) x 10″ (height). Interior 31″ x 16″ x 9″ deep. Requires a 36″ minimum base cabinet. The 3.5″ drain fits any standard garbage disposal; because of the 1″ thick fireclay bottom, you may need an extended flange.
